Terms & Conditions
All customized, engraved gifts are non-refundable and non-returnable. You will be sent a design file to approve before we start the engraving process. Once you have approved this file (sent via email) your custom product is non-refundable.
We ship via Canada Post. Shipping prices are calculated by weight and size of products.
If your product arrives damaged by Canada Post, please contact us immediately either via email info@roundtripstudios.com or phone 905-749-1073.
By using this site, you agree to be bound by the terms of use. If you do not agree with these terms, please exit the site immediately. Continued use of the site implies agreement with all terms and conditions.

We do not knowingly engrave or reproduce any copyright protected images or work. You must have permission from the team or organization for the use of their logo. By uploading a logo file you agree that you have this permission.

If you access this site from outside Canada, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. Product photos and design images
When purchasing from Round Trip Studios you agree that images of your products may be used and shared on our social media, web and marketing materials, including but not limited to advertising, mail outs, flyers and other promotional products. If you would not like your images or designs to be shared, you must include this request in writing either via email or through our contact form on the website.
