Our live edge charcuterie boards are sourced from Canadian artisans and are made from Canadian wood. This classification refers to the overall look of the board. For boards without bark, the bark has naturally separated from the wood, so small pieces may still be attached. For boards with bark attached, they may have small areas where the bark has naturally separated. As with all natural products, there will be differences in colour and grain pattern in every piece. How to care for your live edge charcuterie board:
We include a product care card with all orders, so whomever you are buying for will know exactly what to do. All natural wood products require regular conditioning with a food-safe finish. We recommend adding a container of board balm to your order to complete your gift. You can find similar products at some specialty kitchen supply stores if not purchased from us.
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not submerge in water.
- Re-seal with a natural, food-safe finish after cleaning.
- Keep out of direct sunlight.
- Not dishwasher safe.

Our standard (free) turnaround time is 10 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday not including statutory holidays. As always, we will strive to complete orders as soon as possible. When you check the “when do you need this” box, you are ensuring your order will be engraved and ready to pick up or ship by that date. Please note that shipping times are not included so please plan accordingly. For the fastest turnaround times chose “Milton Pick Up” on checkout. We will contact you immediately if we are unable to meet your timelines.
Standard turnaround times may increase depending on the season. Typically this happens in November, December, July & August. During these times, rush orders may not be available. Please sign up for our email list for the most up-to-date information and advanced warnings when this occurs.
Our studio is located in Milton, Ontario but we serve all of Canada. Contactless local pickup is available for clients in the surrounding regions of Oakville, Burlington, Georgetown, Halton Hills, Hamilton, Mississauga, Toronto, and beyond. Shipping is available nationwide.
