Our cutting boards are 100% Canadian-made, crafted from a mix of maple hardwood. Every board is unique, with colour and grain pattern differences in every piece. Cutting boards are designed for cutting and preparing food. The edges have been sanded smooth, and they sit flat on the table. Both sides are functional. See our cutting board designs here.
By comparison, charcuterie boards are live-edge with the bark removed. They are made from one wood species, typically walnut, cherry, maple, or butternut, and are used for serving food at parties. How to care for your hockey coach gift:
A care card that outlines the best way to care for your board is included in every board order. All natural wood products require regular conditioning. We recommend adding a container of Board Balm to your order to complete your gift.
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not submerge in water.
- Re-seal with Board Balm after cleaning.
- Keep out of direct sunlight.
- Not dishwasher safe.
